Species belonging to the basal lowlands appear in the lower lands, as well as in the transitional midlands, followed by the isolated spaces of green mountains, until the underbrush of the high mountains are reached.

Los Campeches, Tigaiga y Ruiz

Deep channels with high edges, they feature a complex diversity of volcanic materials, with an interesting and varied plant life, rich in endemic species and prehistoric relicts. Its fauna is also interesting.

Forest Crown Natural Park

It encompasses a wide strip, dense in pine masses as well as other plant species. Endemic species are abundant, making it an area of great ecologic value.

Teide National Park

A small southern sector of the municipality is in the Teide National Park, making up the unique phonolite slab of La Fortaleza
